Day 29 – Body Vive

One hour Body Vive class today. According to the teacher, this class suffers a bit of an image problem. It’s traditionally thought of as for older ladies, but ours is quite a young class and you can go at your own level.  It’s a really good fun, balanced workout: some cardio, some stretchy-rope stretches with a bit of thai chi going on and some floor work at the end. A nice balance to the monotony of running… Big run planned for tomorrow.
